Passenger blinker stays on after key is removed

Hey thanks for looking 08 535i. The passenger blinker turns on but will not turn off unless stacking a code reader and toy dinosaurs on the blinker lol It will also keep the brake light on on the same side I have pulled. Codes (E516 lm 1ee). Says turn signal switch but this is where I find it odd and feel it’s the lci. The hazard lights only turn on the right side and it stays on after turning hazards off. Also when you turn the signal on to make a left turn it will turn on the right side . Thank you for your time
