Got a question for Android users as I a novice using mostly Apple products.
I have an old rooted Nextbook and it runs MHD great on my 535i - tunes and monitors with the best of them. However it is starting to show its age and isn't performing that great anymore, so I bought a Galaxy Tab E to replace it.
The Tab E can monitor fine, but when I try and tune whether its the 2 min flash or the big 30 min start over flash... it gets to around 60% (on either type) and loses connection (light on the OBDII stops blinking). I tried to start over, but it then says my ECU is #FFFFFF and I have to load my stock bin from my Nextbook then flash the OTS tune I originally wanted from the Nextbook.
The OBDII is fine as well as the USB OTG adapter, so its either a setting in Android that I am missing or I bought the wrong tablet.
Any tips would be great, I would love to pack up the Nextbook and run the Galaxy Tab E full time.
